Terms of Service.
The rules for using FragTrack, written to be readable rather than intimidating. By creating an account or using the dashboard, you're agreeing to these.
1. What FragTrack is
FragTrack is an analytics tool for PUBG Mobile players. You upload a match end-screen screenshot, our system reads it, and we show you stats and trends based on what was in that image. FragTrack is a fan-made, independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Krafton, PUBG Corporation, Tencent, or Level Infinite. "PUBG" and "PUBG Mobile" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here only to describe compatibility.
2. Creating an account
You need an account to use most of FragTrack's features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. Give us accurate information when you sign up — if we find an account was created with false details to abuse free-tier limits or bypass a ban, we can suspend it.
3. Uploading screenshots
You can only upload screenshots of your own matches, or matches you have permission to upload (for example, as a coach analyzing your team's scrims with their consent). Don't upload screenshots that aren't actually PUBG Mobile match results, or that you've edited to misrepresent stats — our OCR pipeline flags suspicious patterns, and accounts that repeatedly submit manipulated data may be suspended.
4. Subscriptions and billing
FragTrack offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers with additional features. Current plan details and pricing are shown in the app at checkout and may change over time; if pricing changes for an existing subscription, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled case-by-case; email support@fragtrack.app if something went wrong with a charge.
5. Acceptable use
Pretty standard stuff, but worth stating plainly. While using FragTrack, don't:
- Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our screenshot-processing pipeline
- Use the service to harass, impersonate, or share someone else's data without consent
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits on the free tier through automation or duplicate accounts
- Upload content that isn't yours to upload, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Use FragTrack in any way that violates PUBG Mobile's own terms of service
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generally with a warning first unless the violation is severe (like automated abuse or fraud).
6. Accuracy of the AI analysis
Our OCR and analytics engine is currently around 98.7% accurate on the match formats we've tested, but it isn't perfect, especially on unusual resolutions, languages, or heavily modified UI skins. When our system isn't confident about a reading, we flag it rather than silently guessing — but occasional errors can still happen. FragTrack's stats are intended as a performance-tracking tool, not an official record, and shouldn't be treated as a guaranteed-accurate source for tournament disputes or rank verification.
7. Your content, our platform
You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload. By uploading, you give us a limited license to process, store, and display that content back to you within the dashboard, and — only if you've opted in under your privacy settings — to use anonymized versions to improve our models. We own the FragTrack platform itself: the dashboard design, the underlying software, and our brand.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep FragTrack running reliably, but like any software service, we can't promise zero downtime. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance, and we'll try to give notice for anything longer than a few minutes when we can.
9. Limitation of liability
FragTrack is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on inaccurate stat readings. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't legally be limited.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime from account settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 5, or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a terms violation, we'll refund any unused portion of a paid subscription.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll notify account holders by email before they take effect.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can go to support@fragtrack.app or through our contact page.
