Getting started

No. FragTrack doesn't require any in-game account linking. Everything runs off the match screenshots you choose to upload — create an account, upload a screenshot, and your dashboard populates from there.
The match end-screen — the results/placement screen PUBG Mobile shows right after a match ends, before you return to the lobby. That's the screen our reader is tuned to recognize.
Any device that runs PUBG Mobile — phones, tablets, and emulator captures. Resolution is auto-detected, though very unusual aspect ratios or heavily modified UI skins can occasionally reduce read accuracy.

When our model isn't confident about a specific number, it flags that field instead of guessing at it. This usually happens with low-resolution screenshots, heavy compression, or unusual UI themes. Try re-uploading a clearer version if you have one.
Send it to us through the contact page along with the original screenshot if you still have it. Misreads help us catch edge cases in the model, so reporting them genuinely helps.
Only your own match results, or a teammate's with their permission (for example, as part of reviewing scrims together). Don't upload screenshots to misrepresent someone else's stats as your own — see our Terms of Service.

Create a team from your dashboard and you'll get a join code to share with your squad. Anyone who enters that code joins the roster, and their stats become visible to the rest of the team. Only share your code with people you trust.
Yes. Leaderboards show player names and stats to all FragTrack users by design — that's how ranking against other players works. If you'd rather not appear on a public leaderboard, contact us before uploading match data.
Yes, both are available from the team settings in your dashboard. Team owners can manage roster membership; individual members can leave a team at any time.

Screenshots and account data are encrypted in transit, and we don't sell your data. Match stats are visible to your team members (if you're on one) and on public leaderboards. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Open a support request from the contact page asking for account deletion. We'll confirm and remove your personal data and screenshots within a reasonable period.
Yes, FragTrack has a free tier to get started. Current plan details are shown in the app.

Double check the file is a standard image format (JPG or PNG) and under the size limit shown in the upload window. If it still fails, try a different browser or check your connection, then reach out if the problem continues.
FragTrack keeps you signed in using a session token stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito mode, or switching browsers will log you out — just sign back in.
