FRAGK

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who This Applies To

This policy covers anyone who creates a FRAGK account, joins a team, or uploads a match screenshot for analysis. FRAGK is a PUBG Mobile performance-tracking dashboard. If anything here is unclear, reach out through Support — details are at the bottom of this page.

2. What We Collect

When you use FRAGK, we collect:

  • Your name and email address, from sign-up or Google login
  • Your profile photo, if you upload one or sign in with Google
  • Match screenshots you upload, and the stats extracted from them (map, placement, kills, and player names visible on the screen)
  • Team membership information — which team(s) you're part of, and your role in them
  • Basic technical data like browser type and IP address, used for security and troubleshooting

We don't require you to link your actual PUBG Mobile account — everything runs off the screenshots you choose to upload.

3. How We Use It

Your data is used to run your dashboard, calculate your stats and leaderboard position, show your team's shared roster to your teammates, keep your account secure, and let our support team help you when you open a ticket. We don't use your match data or screenshots to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

FRAGK relies on a small number of outside services to function:

  • Groq — uploaded screenshots are sent to Groq's AI API to read and extract match stats (placement, kills, damage, map, etc.). Groq processes this image data to return results to FRAGK; it is not used by Groq to serve you ads.
  • Clerk — if you sign in with Google or manage your account credentials, authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider.

Each of these providers processes data according to their own privacy policies, and only receives the minimum data needed to do its job — Groq sees your screenshot image, Clerk sees your login credentials, and neither has access to your full FRAGK account beyond that.

5. Data Shared With Your Team

If you join a team using a join code, your name and match stats become visible to that team's owner and other members. Only join a team using a code you trust — anyone with a valid join code can see the roster and stats of that team.

6. Public Leaderboards

FRAGK's leaderboards show your name and match stats publicly to all FRAGK users — this is a core, visible part of the product, not a private setting. If you'd rather your stats weren't shown publicly, contact Support to discuss your options before uploading match data.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

Session tokens are stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We don't currently use tracking or advertising cookies on the dashboard itself.

8. Data Storage & Retention

Your account info, match data, and uploaded screenshots are stored on our servers for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and screenshots within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect data in transit. Access to production data is limited to team members who need it to operate or support FRAGK. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify affected users if a breach involving personal data occurs.

10. Your Rights

You can update your profile information anytime from Settings. To request account deletion, a copy of your data, or removal from a public leaderboard, open a Support ticket after signing in — we'll get back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Children's Privacy

FRAGK isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from users below the minimum age required to use online services in their country. If you believe an underage account exists, let us know through Support and we'll look into it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally as FRAGK evolves. Continued use of FRAGK after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this happens.
